We do not carry an alcohol liquor license to sell alcohol. The client must secure payment for all liquor that is needed and all permits required for the event. All receipts for liquor purchases will be provided to the client for record keeping. We do not own or sell alcoholic beverages but will provide you with alcohol variety and quantity recommendations and a shopping list based on the number of guests and type of bar you will be offering, and we can do the shopping for you. Runnin' Buzz Bartending is fully certified and insured. Any verification that is needed, can be provided to you.

Alcohol will be served in accordance with Florida-Georgia State Liquor laws and regulations. Our staff will not serve alcohol to minors (anyone under the legal age of 21 years). Our staff will require proof of age (I.D.) for all guests of questionable age partaking in alcoholic beverages. Our staff will not be held liable for minors who consume alcohol before, during, or after the event given by another adult.

Our bartenders are certified as responsible alcohol servers according to Florida—Georgia laws. However, the host of the event is ultimately responsible for all invited guests and their actions. Runnin' Buzz Bartending reserves the right to refuse service to any guest(s) who seem to have had too much to drink, per our judgment. Runnin' Buzz Bartending works with you to make the call.

Runnin' Buzz Bartending will not service any BYOB events due to liability reasons.

Runnin' Buzz Bartending will not service any BYOB events due to liability reasons.

All alcohol purchased will be left with the host after the event, unless donated to Runnin' Buzz Bartending for enhancement purposes only. A return/restock fee may be applied if Runnin' Buzz Bartending is requested to return the clients purchases. Any non-alcoholic supplies/beverages supplied by Runnin' Buzz Bartending is the property of Runnin' Buzz Bartending.

Service fees do not include gratuity for the bartender, which can be handled one of two ways: You may allow a tip jar to be placed on the mobile bartending service bar, which is the preferred method, or opt in for “hosted gratuity,” in which the tip jar is eliminated, and the host pre-pays for the gratuity.

All packages require a non-refundable retainer of 50% at the time of booking. The total balance due will need to be paid twenty-one (21) calendar days before the date of the event (dependent upon when booked). Runnin' Buzz Bartending cannot perform any mobile bartending services until full payment is received. The retainer is non-refundable once the date is secured and staff is scheduled. However, you can reschedule with another date up to six (6) months later and use the retainer for the rescheduled event.

We accept Cash, Credit Cards, the Cash App, PayPal, and Venmo as forms of payment.

Selected checks are accepted (must ask for details).

All payments received are non-refundable, unless extenuating circumstances arise. These are treated on a case by case basis.

Event cancellation must be in writing and by the contracted parties. All contracted fees paid up to the date of cancellation are non-refundable unless a purchase for alcohol has been made. If the date or location has been changed, the contract will apply to the new date and location; however, it must be requested in writing and approved by all contracted parties. Additional fees may be applied due to the changes.
